WILDCATS EQUIPMENT DEPOSIT & VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
The Frankfort Square Wildcats is 100% volunteer based and we rely upon parental volunteers year after year to ensure our athletes have a rewarding experience. We cannot do it without you and thank you for your time and commitment to the program.
We ask our families to volunteer a minimum of three (3) times per athlete in the program. The volunteer deposit is paired with the equipment deposit. The equipment and volunteer deposit is $100 (same as last year). Both equipment and volunteer card need to be submitted at the specified return dates, with no exceptions. The volunteer/equipment deposit will be collected at equipment/uniform pick-up. We ask that you submit a post-dated check instead of cash, if possible, and date the check November 1st of the current year. The checks will not be cashed unless equipment and volunteer card are not returned.
Our team coordinators/moms will notify you when online sign-ups are available. Listed below are volunteer opportunities that qualify for the return of your deposit:
- Head Coach
- Assistant Coach
- Team Mom
- Booth Announcer
- Clock Operator
- Game Day Filming
- Field Set-Up/Take Down
- Field Clean-Up
- Dance/Chaperone Volunteer
- Pancake Breakfast Sales Chaperone
Upon completion of your volunteer time, please complete one card per assignment and turn in to your team mom by the end of the season. Volunteer cards must be signed by a Board Member, Head Coach or Concessions Stand Director. Once volunteer cards are turned in, the Volunteer Director will approve and release your deposit for return.
